What’s the onboarding process like?

Onboarding typically takes 1-3 weeks, depending on the state of your books and your response time. Our onboarding process consists of two steps: 1) set up view-only access to all your platforms (e.g., bank and payroll) and 2) fill out our onboarding form. The Flychain platform is intuitive and requires no training - once you’re fully onboarded, we’ll walk you through the full platform with your live financial data!

Yes! If you’re behind on your books, we’ll get everything up to date once you’re onboarded. Catch-up bookkeeping is available for a one-time additional charge, which depends on the number of months that need to be caught up.
